Membership Agreement

1. PARTIES

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is executed between ECOMMERCE APP A.Ş. ("SELLER") and the user who becomes a member of nuevo.birikiuc.net ("MEMBER"), at the moment the MEMBER signs up electronically.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms of use of the Site by the MEMBER and the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

3.1. The MEMBER declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while signing up for the Site is accurate before the law, and that they will indemnify the SELLER immediately for all damages incurred due to the inaccuracy of this information.

3.2. The MEMBER cannot give the password given to them to other persons or organizations; the right to use the password belongs exclusively to the MEMBER. Therefore, the SELLER reserves the right to claim all kinds of compensation and other claims arising from such unauthorized use against all claims and demands that may be brought against the SELLER by third parties or authorized authorities.

3.3. The SELLER reserves the right to change the content of the Site at any time, to change or terminate any service provided to users.

4. PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The SELLER may disclose the MEMBER's personal information when required as a legal obligation or when it believes in good faith that it is necessary to (a) comply with legal requirements or comply with legal process served; (b) protect and defend the rights and property of the SELLER.

5. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

This agreement shall remain in force until the MEMBER cancels their membership or their membership is cancelled by the SELLER. The SELLER may terminate the agreement unilaterally by cancelling the membership of the MEMBER if the MEMBER violates any provision of the membership agreement.

6. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

BURSA, TURKEY Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes regarding this agreement.

7. ENFORCEMENT

Membership registration by the MEMBER means that the MEMBER has read and accepted all the articles in this agreement. This Agreement was concluded at the moment the member became a member and entered into force mutually.
